We are Verawel.nl, and we help people with sensitive skin furnish their homes as a place where their skin can heal rather than be attacked.

We are a group of friends: people with lived experience and people with knowledge of nutrition and a healthy lifestyle. Born out of a shared frustration, looking for an answer that went further than what we ourselves ever received. We prefer to call ourselves the Verawel.nl team rather than individual names. Not because we have something to hide, but because we want our product to speak, not our faces.

The problem we want to address is this. You hear from a doctor that your only option is pills or ointment, for the rest of your life. You have eczema, psoriasis, or acne, and your skin sometimes feels like something you can't control. We are not doctors, but we have felt that powerlessness ourselves. This is not a criticism of your doctor, regular care is important and sometimes indispensable, but it is not the whole story. Besides what a doctor prescribes, you also have influence yourself: what you wear, what you eat, how you sleep, and the environment in which you live.

We solve this with our products. We start with what you need today: soft, skin-friendly textiles for your daily ritual. And we expand that, product by product, to everything in your home that affects your skin. This is how we help your home become a place where your skin gets room to heal again, instead of being exposed daily to what irritates it.
